Agile project management

We employ a derivative of the Agile development methodology, for all web development projects; in our experience, this creates a suitable process for delivering a project on-time while ensuring its key aims are met. Agile development can be summarised as follows:

“Agile software development is a group of software development methodologies based on iterative and incremental development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organising, cross-functional teams”.

Collaborating with your team to develop a goals and needs analysis of the overall objectives.

Sizing, scoring and prioritising of your project as user stories.

Providing a rapid and lightweight way to explore and clarify features and interactions.

Behat is a tool that makes behaviour driven development (BDD) possible.

Working in short ‘sprints’ of approximately two weeks - with an agreed list of the required achievements.

Reviewing and testing is constant through each sprint using BEHAT behavior driven development (BDD).
